Very aromatic cocoa powder from cocoa from small farmers in the Amazon of Ecuador. This is not alkalized, i.e. the natural fruit notes (acids) of the cocoa are still fully contained. Cocoa powder as it should be. This cocoa powder is lighter in color than the alkalized powder.
Description
Artisanal cocoa powder made in the province of Los Rios with national cocoa beans grown on family farms in the foothills of Illinizas, a couple of volcanoes in the Ecuadorian Andes. There, bees and birds take refuge in the shade of cacao trees and the soil is a living organism, it has intense citrus notes of pleasant acidity.
Ingredients: organic cocoa beans.
