Between the sea and the mountains, the region of Ambanja is also called the Sambirano Valley, after the name of the river that runs through it from the heart of the northern part of the country. Along the entire course of the Sambirano to the sea are plantations of coffee, herbs, perfume plants and especially cocoa, known for its exceptional aromas. These beans come from the Akesson plantation where the cocoa grows together with vanilla, peppers, pink berries and other spices.

Ingredients: cocoa beans (71%), cane sugar, cocoa butter (5%), pepper (1,2%). 

May contain traces of nuts and milk.
