Cocoa beans that Domantas uses come from Chuncho from Peru. The sweetener erythritol is a natural sweetener that occurs in fruit but also mushrooms. It has the power of 70% of sugar. A somewhat cooling effect is observed during consumption. Erythritol is not absorbed by the body.
