The Auro Reserve collection is crafted carefully from the best cocoa beans produced on a specific estate. Every cocoa variety and harvest year is tasted and treated to highlight its flavour characteristics (its ‘terroir’).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Saloy<\/a> is a community of just under 2100 inhabitants which is part of Davao City<\/a>, on the southern Filipino island of Mindanao<\/a>. Davao was once the centre of cocoa cultivation. Saloy is actually far outside the Davao city limits and lies within a mountainous tropical forest.<\/p>\n
