The cocoa beans for this 100% cocoa powder originate from the Ben Tre region, in the Mekong-Delta in the south of Vietnam. The beans are grown by several farmers and brought to a processing station for fermentation and drying. The processing plant is inside a school for handicapped children. The company Vietcacao processes the cocoa beans and at the same time guides the children towards meaningful work.<\/p>\n
The powder is processed and packaged at the Morin factory in Donz\u00e8re in the south of France.<\/p>\n
Instructions for use:<\/strong> stir 2 teaspoons of cocoa powder into 200 ml of milk or water. Bring to the boil and then add sugar to taste. Or you can use it for cooking, baking, or as a topping.
