Definite creates a range of plain dark chocolate bars, designed to bring out the unique flavour notes of the different regions in the Dominican Republic. By using only cocoa and sugar a chocolate is created that is as natural and pure as possible.<\/p>\n

The organic cocoa used to create this dark chocolate bar comes from \u00d6ko-Caribe<\/a> (sounds German, but it isn’t. The founder liked the German word \u00d6ko and used it). It won several awards: <\/span><\/span>Academy of Chocolat Award 2018: bronze, Academy of Chocolat Award 2019: bronze, Singapore Chocolate Award 2019: silver.<\/p>\n

Flavour notes<\/strong>: plums, orange, hazelnuts and lemon zest.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
