Definite creates a range of plain dark chocolate bars, designed to bring out the unique flavour notes of the different regions in the Dominican Republic. By using only cocoa and sugar a chocolate is created that is as natural and pure as possible.<\/p>\n

The cocoa for this bar comes from \u00d6ko-Caribe<\/a> (sounds German, but it isn’t. The founder liked the German word \u00d6ko and used it). The chocolate won a bronze medal at the Academy of Chocolat Awards 2018.<\/p>\n

Flavour notes<\/strong>: jasmine, chamomile, lemon.<\/p>\n
