The organic cocoa for this dark chocolate bar comes from \u00d6ko-Caribe<\/a> (sounds German, but it isn’t. The founder liked the German word \u00d6ko and used it.) <\/span>Cassava is a root crop widely cultivated and eaten in South America and Africa.<\/span> In South America it is also called yucca, in Africa manioc.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
