Georgia Ramon processes the fruity and aromatic cocoa beans from Kokoa Kamili in Tanzania. About 4000 smallholders work in the cooperative. Their harvests are collected centrally and fermentation and drying take place with high precision. The best reward for their hard work was awarded to Kokoa Kamili at the end of 2017, with the Cocoa of Excellence. With this award, their cocoa beans are among the best 18 in the world.<\/p>\n
