SAASE in Spanish stands for: s<\/strong>in a<\/strong>z\u00facares a<\/strong>\u00f1adidos s<\/strong>in e<\/strong>dulcorantes<\/em>, or: no added sugars no sweeteners<\/strong>. There is agave fibre in the chocolate.<\/p>\n

Something may be called sugar-free if it has less than 0.5 grams of sugar per 100 grams of product. But chocolate \u2013 and many other products \u2013 have natural sugars anyway. And what is agave fibre? Blanxart solves this by printing 0% on the packaging twice.

The lower elevations at the foot of the Mountains of the Moon are characterised by a mild climate and a unique terroir where both a very special vanilla and a single origin cocoa bean with a very fruity aroma grow.<\/p>\n

This organic dark chocolate bar is made from Forastero cocoa beans collected from the Rwenzori Mountains in the tropical basin of eastern Congo. An aromatic chocolate with a very fine texture.<\/p>\n

Flavour notes: <\/strong>strong and acidic, with notes of red fruit and citrus combining perfectly with touches of coffee, wood and nuts.
