There is agave fibre in the chocolate instead.<\/p>\n<p><em>Something may be called sugar-free if it has less than 0.5 grams of sugar per 100 grams of product. But chocolate \u2013 and many other products \u2013 have natural sugars anyway. And what is agave fibre? Blanxart solves this by printing 0% twice on the packaging.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>This organic 81% bar is made from hand-selected Criollo-cocoa beans from the Alto Piura region of Peru.
