Dark Milk chocolate with beef and lingonberries<\/h2>\n

Domantas says: \u201cOur test kitchen will never run out of ideas. We have no plans to become another boring chocolate maker. For example, this new recipe idea is anything but boring. First, we dry-aged grass-fed Black Angus beef before gently drying it at low temperature in a vacuum. Finally, we mixed the dried beef with dark-milk chocolate. We enhanced the flavor dimension by sprinkling a cloud of wild-grown Lithuanian lingonberries on top of the chocolate surface.”<\/p>\n

Forager Collection<\/h2>\n

Chocolatier Domantas Uzpalis says: \u201cThe Forager Collection is extremely complex and contains many layers. First, I separate all the ingrediens, and then I recombine them to create a chocolate bar with – I would say – patented flavours. Unique. With this collection I have developed a new way to combine intensely tasteful local products into chocolate bars, in which by nature the complex aromas of cocoa are already present.”<\/p>\n

The cocoa beans Domantas uses are a special, home-made blend of excellent quality beans, currently sourced mostly from Venezuela.<\/p>\n
