Morin Cocoa powder Ivory Coast 100% (200 gr)Login for prices From the southwest of west-African Ivory Coast originate the cocoa beans that give this 100% cocoa powder its aromas of wood and dried fruits, combined with a nutty aftertaste. This powder won a Gold medal on the AoC 2019. SKU: MOR1010 Categories: Award, Bean to bar, Chocolate Brand: Chocolaterie A. Morin Description Cocoa from Ivory Coast in Africa is world famous, because Ivory Coast is the largest global cocoa producer. Unfortunately, most of that cocoa is produced as a cheap commodity bulk product with farmers living in often dire poverty. Morin, on the other hand, buys its cocoa beans in Ivory Coast from a fully female cooperative in the mountainous and forested Guémon region. The 300 members of the cooperative enjoy additional education, microcredits for investments in their plantations, and other projects including food support for nine local schools. They grow cocoa beans of the Forestero variety. This powder is processed and packaged in the Morin factory in Donzère, in the south of France. Instructions for use: stir 2 teaspoons of cocoa powder into 200 ml of milk or water and bring to the boil. Add sugar to taste. Or use it for baking, cooking or as a topping. Taste notes: leafy and grassy notes, dried fruits, soft and sweet aftertaste Ingredients: Cocoa powder May contain traces of milk, nuts and sesame Nährwerte/Nutritional values/Voedingswaarde Per 100 g Energie/Energy 450 kcal/1889 kJ Fett/Fat/Vet 15 g davon gesättigte Fettsäuren/of that saturated fatty acids/waarvan verzadigd 8 g Kohlenhydrate/Carbohydrates/Koolhydraten 46,6 g davon Zucker/of which sugar/waarvan suiker 2 g Eiweiss/Protein/Eiwit 25,8 g Salz/Salt/Zout < 0,03 g Additional information Weight 200,0 g weight 0.2 wholesale_price_text 12 advice_price 00, 14 Reviews There are no reviews yet.
