Morin Venezuela Porcelana 100%
Very exclusive! This cocoa from the Maracaibo region with its white cocoa beans gives long-lasting aromas of biscuits and red fruits to end in floral notes.
Description
At the time of the colonies, Porcelana cocoa was called Maracaibo, after the name of the port with the same name from which the beans were shipped around the world. It was renamed Porcelana because its pods grow white as porcelain. The cocoa variety is the best of the Criollos.
These beans are collected by small growers in the Sur del Lago de Maracaibo region (south of Lake Maracaibo) in Zulia province.
Flavour notes: red fruits, biscuits, floral.
Ingredients: cocoa beans.
May contain traces of milk, nuts and sesame.
