Description
The cocoa beans come from Öko Caribe. Georg Bernardini also uses this cocoa for the Dominican Republic 72% ORGANIC bar.
The organic goat milk used to make the goat milk powder is mild and rich in protein and comes from Bettinehoeve, NL. About 45 goat breeders work in the association for this purpose.
Flavour notes: milky and creamy with a subtle note of goat’s milk.
Ingredients: cocoa butter, raw cane sugar, cocoa mass, goat milk powder (15%).
Contains goat milk. May contain traces of nuts, peanuts, sesame and cow’s milk.
