The organic cocoa for this dark chocolate bar comes from Öko-Caribe (sounds German, but it isn’t. The founder liked the German word Öko and used it.) Cassava is a root crop widely cultivated and eaten in South America and Africa. In South America it is also called yucca, in Africa manioc.
Flavour notes: plums, raisins, figs.
Ingredients: cocoa beans (70%), cane sugar, cassava, sea salt.
May contain traces of milk and nuts.
