Description
Original Beans is a Dutch-based chocolate brand with a mission. It has its own sourcing team that searches for unique and original cocoa varieties. They not only protect this cocoa but also the environment in which it grows, the tropical rainforest. The recipe is developed with extreme precision, so that the delicious aromas of the cocoa beans are optimally expressed in their chocolate. Taste the Rare and Preserve it!
This Virunga (formerly Cru Virunga) is harvested in the Virunga National Park in eastern D.R. Congo. With a cocoa percentage of 70% and a 20 hour conch it yields a beautiful chocolate with a complex flavour and great depth.
Ingredients: cocoa beans, cocoa butter, raw cane sugar.
Flavour notes: warm notes of sour cherry and black tea.
May contain traces of milk and nuts.
