The MAVA plantation, spanning a total of 1726 hectares, was purchased in 2015 and is situated in the upper and lower Sambirano valley. The MAVA plantation includes 8 farms offering different terroir cacao all with their own unique flavour profiles – Ankidony, Ambalahonko, Ambohimena Nord, Ambohimena Sud, Antsamala, Maliolo, Ambodivato and Ottange.

Flavour notes: caramel, nutty, plum, wood, chocolaty.
