Truly good chocolate requires only one ingredient: delicious cocoa beans. In this case, the cocoa beans are raw and unroasted and come from the beautiful rainforests of the Sambirano Valley in northwestern Madagascar, directly from the manufacturer’s own Domaine Mava plantations. The cocoa trees are grown there under ideal conditions, giving them a unique flavor.
