Madagascan white chocolate (45% cocoa content) made from Grand Cru de Sambirano cocoa beans and whole milk. This results in chocolate with a golden ivory color and a creamy, mild flavor.
It is a natural product – without chemical processing, without added flavorings and without preservatives, made from cocoa that grows and ripens in the shade of the rainforests of the Sambirano Valley in northwestern Madagascar.
Flavour: floral notes, honey and banana aromas from the non-deodorized, fine natural cocoa butter
Ingredients: cocoa butter, whole milk powder (37%), cane sugar. Cocoa content at least 45%.
Contains milk. Made in an environment that also works with soya and cashew nuts.
