Description

The Auro Reserve collection is crafted carefully from the best cocoa beans produced on one specific estate; in this case Saloy. Every cocoa variety and harvest year is tasted and treated to highlight its unique flavour characteristics (its ‘terroir’).

Saloy is a community of just under 2100 inhabitants and is part of Davao City, on the southern Filipino island of Mindanao. Davao was once the centre of cocoa cultivation. Saloy is actually situated far outside the Davao city limits, in a mountainous area covered with tropical forests.

Flavour notes: coconut, rambutan, santol, pomelo.
Ingredients: cocoa beans, full cream milk powder, muscovado sugar, skimmed milk powder.
