Paquibato is situated within tropical mountain forests, where coconut palms and other fruit trees grow. This chocolate has a floral and nutty flavour with hints of raisins and pineapples.
Description
The Auro Reserve collection is crafted carefully from the best cocoa beans produced on a specific estate. Every cocoa variety and harvest year is tasted and treated to highlight its flavour characteristics (its ‘terroir’).
Paquibato is a community of nearly 2500 inhabitants which is part of Davao City, on the southern Filipino island of Mindanao.
