Description
The Auro Reserve collection is crafted carefully from the best cocoa beans produced on a specific estate. Every cocoa variety and harvest year is tasted and treated to highlight its flavour characteristics (its ‘terroir’).
Saloy is a community of just under 2100 inhabitants which is part of Davao City, on the southern Filipino island of Mindanao. Davao was once the centre of cocoa cultivation. Saloy is actually far outside the Davao city limits and lies within a mountainous tropical forest.
Flavour notes: herbs, bergamot, cherries.
Ingredients: cocoa mass.
