This organic dark 82% small chocolate bar is made from Forastero cocoa beans collected in the Rwenzori Mountains of the tropical eastern Congo basin. An aromatic chocolate with a very fine texture.
Flavour notes: fruity, with notes of red fruit and citrus combining perfectly with subtle touches of coffee, wood and nuts.
Ingredients: cocoa, sugar, cocoa butter.
Vegan and gluten-free.
May contain traces of milk, nuts and soy.
