The Classic and Premium Origins series represent Blanxart’s selection of chocolates for the most demanding palates. These bars were created to highlight the aroma and character of cocoa beans from a diversity of distant shores.
The organic Trinitario cocoa beans used for the Dominican Republic 82% bar originate in the Medina region (San Cristóbal Province). The resulting chocolate is very dark, full-bodied and aromatic with a low sugar content.
Flavour notes: strong cocoa notes, nutty and with intense vegetable and earthy aromas such as olive and pine.
Ingredients: cocoa, sugar, cocoa butter, vanilla.
Vegan and gluten-free.
May contain traces of milk, nuts and soy.
