SAASE is called it in Spanish: sin azúcares añadidos sin edulcorantes, or: no added sugars no sweeteners. There is agave fibre in the chocolate.

Something may be called sugar-free if it has less than 0.5 gr of sugar per 100 gr. But chocolate – and many other products – have natural sugars anyway. And what is agave fibre? Blanxart solves this by printing 0% twice on the packaging.

The Classic and Premium Origins series represents Blanxart’s selection of chocolates for the most demanding palates. These bars were created to highlight the aroma and character of cocoa beans from a diversity of distant shores.

The organic dark chocolate bar from Brazil is made from Forastero cocoa beans grown in the Atlantic Tropical Forest, in the vicinity of the city of Altamira. It is high in cocoa percentage but soft and balanced in aroma – ideal to get acquainted with the Blanxart Origins range.

Flavour notes: complex and balanced, nutty, with notes of fresh and dried fruit, merged with a soft spicy and earthy nuanced reminiscent of liqueur.
Ingredients: cocoa, sugar, cocoa butter.

Vegan and gluten-free.
May contain traces of milk, nuts and soy.
