SAASE is called it in Spanish: sin azúcares añadidos sin edulcorantes, or: no added sugars no sweeteners. There is agave fibre in the chocolate.

Something may be called sugar-free if it has less than 0.5 gr of sugar per 100 gr. But chocolate – and many other products – have natural sugars anyway. And what is agave fibre? Blanxart solves this by printing 0% twice on the packaging.

The lower elevations at the foot of the Mountains of the Moon are characterised by a mild climate and a unique terroir where both a very special vanilla and a single origin cocoa bean with a very fruity aroma grow.

This organic dark chocolate bar is made from Forastero cocoa beans collected from the Rwenzori Mountains in the tropical basin of eastern Congo. An aromatic chocolate with a very fine texture.

Flavour notes: fruity, with notes of red fruit and citrus combining perfectly with subtle touches of coffee, wood and nuts.
Ingredients: cocoa, sugar, cocoa butter.

Vegan and gluten-free.
Manufactured at a site that also handles milk, nuts, soya, peanuts and sesame.
