This 77% organic dark chocolate is made from hand-selected cocoa beans of the Criollo variety originating from the Alto Piura region of Peru. A beautifully rounded chocolate with notes of citrus and red fruits and Brazil nuts.
Flavour notes: characterized by a citrussy aroma, accompanied by subtle notes of wood, leather and coffee.
Ingredients: cocoa, sugar, cocoa butter.
Vegan and gluten-free.
