This organic fine milk chocolate bar with 41% cacao is made from selected cocoa beans from Choba Choba’s own farms in the Alto Huayabamba Valley in Peru. Swiss organic milk is added for a smooth and soft creamy finish, and then the ingredients are worked by one of the best Swiss chocolatiers to get their final form and bring out their natural flavours.
Each Choba Choba bar is named after one of the farmers forming the company. This one carries the name of Pasiona.
Ingredients: Organic cocoa (from Peru), Organic raw cane sugar (from Paraguay), Organic cocoa butter (from the Dominican Republic), Organic whole milk powder (from Switzerland).
Vegan and gluten-free.
