Choba Choba is high quality farmer-owned organic chocolate, made in Switzerland from Peruvian cacao beans. The Peruvian farmers co-own the Swiss company in an innovative model ensuring the fairest possible form of cooperation in the value chain. We love it.
This organic 71% bar is made from selected cocoa beans from Choba Choba’s own farms in the Alto Huayabamba Valley in Peru. The ingredients are worked by one of the best Swiss chocolatiers to get their final form and bring out their natural flavours. It results in an intense dark chocolate with citrus, cassis and black tea aromas.
Each Choba Choba bar carries the name of one of the company farmers. This one is named after Oswaldo.
Ingredients: Organic cocoa (from Peru), Organic raw cane sugar, Organic cocoa butter (from the Dominican Republic).
Vegan and gluten-free.
