Description
Vohibinany, also called Brickaville, is a district on the east coast of Madagascar. This is the birthplace of the cultivation of fine flavoured cocoa in Madagascar. The cocoa is grown along the valley of the Rianila River.
There are two harvests per year and each harvest has flavour variability with interesting nuances of taste around the smooth dark chocolate flavours.
Flavour notes: notes of caramel, biscuits, nuts and sometimes a little banana.
Ingredients: cocoa beans, cane sugar.
Made in an environment that also uses milk, soy and cashew nuts.
