White chocolate from Madagascar with a very substantial portion of vanilla. Because they have not been sparing with the vanilla, one gets a quite genuine vanilla experience.
Description
Fine chocolate from cocoa that grows and matures in the shade of the rainforests of the Sambirano Valley, in northwest Madagascar. The beans originate from plantations owned by the chocolate producer.
And this is a Grand Cru white chocolate bar 37% pure natural cocoa butter. It is sublimated by the caviar of Bourbon vanilla – of course also from Madagascar (Antalaha). Caviar is the name for the inside, noble part of the vanilla pod.
Silver medalist at the Chocolate Awards 2014 and silver medalist at the Academy of Chocolate 2016.
