This is another award-winner! Single farm 100% bar.
The MAVA plantation, spanning a total of 1726 hectares, was purchased in 2015 and is situated in the upper and lower Sambirano valley. The MAVA plantation includes 8 farms offering different terroir cacao with unique flavour profiles – Ankidony, Ambalahonko, Ambohimena Nord, Ambohimena Sud, Antsamala, Maliolo, Ambodivato and Ottange.
Mava Ottange won gold at the prestigious Academy of Chocolate in 2020!
Flavour notes: slightly tangy, with hints of yellow fruits, honey, roasted nuts and leather.
Ingredients: cocoa beans.
Made in an environment where milk, nuts and soya are also used.
