Description
Definite creates a range of plain dark chocolate bars, designed to bring out the unique flavour notes of the different regions in the Dominican Republic. By using only cocoa and sugar a chocolate is created that is as natural and pure as possible.
The organic cocoa used to create this dark chocolate bar comes from Öko-Caribe (sounds German, but it isn’t. The founder liked the German word Öko and used it). It won several awards: Academy of Chocolat Award 2018: bronze, Academy of Chocolat Award 2019: bronze, Singapore Chocolate Award 2019: silver.
Flavour notes: plums, orange, hazelnuts and lemon zest.
Ingredients: cocoa beans, cane sugar.
May contain traces of nuts and milk.
