Definite Dark 90% Mallano
The cocoa beans organically grown by the Mallano farm are among the best in the world. And Mallano cocoa is used by Definite in this 90% chocolate bar, which won an award at the AoC 2019. Very dark chocolate with notes of blackberries and raisins.
Description
Definite creates a range of plain dark chocolate bars, designed to bring out the unique flavour notes of the different regions in the Dominican Republic. By using only cocoa and sugar a chocolate is created that is as natural and pure as possible.
The organic cocoa for this bar comes from Mallano, Jose Antonio Martinez Rojas’ farm, Altamira, Puerto Plata Province. It won a bronze medal at the Academy of Chocolat Award 2019.
Flavour notes: raisins, blackberries.
Ingredients: organic cocoa beans (90%), cane sugar.
May contain traces of milk and nuts.
