Ingredients: cocoa mass (unless otherwise stated, all raw materials are from organic farming. DE-ÖKO-003 non-EU agriculture).
Type of cocoa: Trinitario.
Flavour notes: tart but mild in taste. Very aromatic, spicy and nutty, with a fruity and slightly smoky finish. Notes of cereals and grapes.
Roast: weak.
Milling: 36 hours.
Conching time: 9 hours.
Guaranteed gluten-free, vegan.
May contain traces of nuts and milk.
