The cocoa for this bar is of the Trinitario variety and comes from the Amazon of Brazil. It is supplied by COOPOAM, Cooperativa de Produtos Orgânicos da Amazônia.
The cooperative’s address is on Rodovia Transamazônica, at km 100. This road runs straight through the Amazon rainforest.
