Description
The cocoa for this bar is of the Trinitario variety and comes from the Brazilian Amazon. It is supplied by COOPOAM, the Cooperativa de Produtos Orgânicos da Amazônia.
The cooperative is based on the Rodovia Transamazônica at kilometer 100. This road runs right through the Amazon rainforest. The cocoa tree pictured above is another 30 km deeper in the rainforest and is part of the cooperative’s harvest area.
Ingredients: cocoa mass, raw cane sugar, cocoa butter.
Flavour notes: red fruits, tropical fruits, honey, rum.
Guaranteed gluten-free, vegan.
May contain traces of nuts, peanuts and milk.
