Description

A delicious chocolate bar with two different pepper varieties grown on the coasts of India and Indonesia. A full and spicy flavour.

Black pepper is native to the Malabar coast of India, and Malabar pepper is grown extensively there and in other tropical regions, i.e. naturally, without fertilisers, pesticides or massive use of machinery.

Kubeben pepper is native to Java. It is also grown in other areas of Indonesia and in Sri Lanka. Kubeben pepper is used as a spice and as a medicinal plant.

The dark chocolate used is made from Öko Caribe cocoa beans from the Dominican Republic.
