A 70% dark chocolate bar with liquefied coffee beans, which give the bar its strong espresso flavour.
Description
The cocoa beans are sourced from Öko-Caribe in the Dominican Republic.
Dominican cocoa beans (from Öko-Caribe) conched with liquefied coffee beans, roasted by the Speicherstadt coffee roastery in Hamburg. The top espresso “Il Gusto” is a blend of high-quality organic hardy beans from India with organic Arabica varieties from the Dominican Republic and Brazil.
The espresso beans were ground until they became liquid and then conched with the cocoa beans. This dark chocolate therefore contains all the aroma of the espresso.
Ingredients: cocoa mass, raw cane sugar, cocoa butter, coffee beans (9%), sunflower lecithin.
Flavour notes: espresso with fruity cocoa aromas.
Guaranteed gluten-free.
May contain traces of eggs, nuts, peanuts and milk.
