Description
Under the name “Produits des Ilse SA” (PISA), the Dufort family set up a production facility in northern Haïti, the center of cocoa cultivation. More than 1500 organic small farmers are now affiliated with the company.
Ingredients: cocoa mass Haïti, panela (raw cane sugar), cocoa butter.
Flavour notes: ripe figs, cherries and roasted nuts with floral notes.
Guaranteed gluten-free, vegan.
May contain traces of nuts, peanuts and milk.
