Description
Under the name “Produits des Iles SA” (PISA), the Dufort family set up a production facility in northern Haïti, the center of cocoa cultivation. More than 1500 organic small farmers are now affiliated with the company.
Ingredients: cocoa mass Haïti, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, panela (raw cane sugar).
Flavour notes: milly and creamy with a spicy, slightly fruity-nutty note.
Guaranteed gluten-free.
May also contain traces of nuts, peanuts and sesame.
