Description
The Mava plantation is one of the largest cocoa plantations in Madagascar, covering an area of approximately 635 hectares spread across eight different farms. Although the plantation is not yet certified organic, all cocoa trees are grown according to a traditional agroforestry system in organic farming.
Ottange Farm is the smallest of the eight farms and is located on the banks of the Ramena River. The farm’s annual production is approximately 6 tons.
Ingredients: cocoa beans from Madagascar, raw cane sugar, cocoa butter.
Flavour notes: tropical citrus fruits, spices and honey, notes of roasted nuts.
May contain traces of eggs, nuts, peanuts and milk.
