The aromatic, fruity cocoa from the Dominican Republic from Öko Caribe is processed with a high percentage. The milk content of 25%, which is also high, creates a balance to the powerful cocoa aroma. And the interplay works surprisingly harmoniously, although or perhaps precisely because there is no sugar at all. The pure chocolate taste gains in creaminess and delicate sweetness on the tongue.
