Description
Georgia Ramon processes the fruity and aromatic cocoa beans from Kokoa Kamili in Tanzania. About 4000 smallholders work in the cooperative. Their harvests are collected centrally and fermentation and drying take place with high precision. The best reward for their hard work was awarded to Kokoa Kamili at the end of 2017, with the Cocoa of Excellence. With this award, their cocoa beans are among the best 18 in the world.
More than 100% of the best Trinitario beans processed into a bar is not really possible. But it does when roasted cocoa nibs are coated by it. The variety of fruity flavours with subtle woody to slightly brownie-like notes are wonderfully combined in this crunchy bar. It doesn’t get any better than this.
