Winner of the 2017 Academy of Chocolate bronze medal. Very aromatic single origin, farm-to-bar chocolate from Sedayu, a village in the south of Sumatra.
Description
The Sedayu village of South Sumatra hugs the foothills of Bukit Barisan Selatan National Park, where the cacao beans boast an aroma flavour profile that takes after the lush forest that nourished them.
Ingredients: cocoa mass, cane sugar, cocoa butter.
Flavour notes: cranberry, forest honey, ginger.
May contain traces of milk and nuts.
