Description
Artisanal made in the province of Los Rios with national cocoa beans grown on family farms in the foothills of Illinizas, a couple of volcanoes in the Ecuadorian Andes. There, bees and birds take refuge in the shade of cocoa trees and the soil is a living organism, it has intense citrus notes of pleasant acidity.
Ingredients: cocoa butter from Arriba/Nacional organic cocoa beans.
