Coffee and chocolate are in a secret love affair. And if a splash of milk is added to this passionate recipe it becomes even more piquant. Speaking less erotically – a cup of flat white meets every human need!
First, Domantas selected a unique Lithuanian coffee grown in El Salvador, which was discovered in 1949 on a farm owned by the Pacas family (the descendants of the Lithuanian ducal family Pacas). Then, he fused Pacas’ coffee with selected cocoa beans. The recipe turned out to be both modern and classical and more than satisfactory. He has been fine-tuning this recipe for nearly eight years and this newest version leaves nobody indifferent.
Ingredients: specialty cocoa*, cane sugar*, pure cocoa butter*, grass-fed milk powder*, coffee*(5%).
