Dark chocolate with native forest berries
Domantas says: “Forest berries are full of secrets. They hide and ripen in the shade, protected by twigs and moss. Besieged by lush vegetation, these berries constantly have to compete for sunshine and nutrients. However, the harsh conditions supercharge these forest treasures, making them potent ant nutritious, flavorful and heady. We have collected and selected the very best native berries and ground them into this mysterious forest chocolate bar!”
The cocoa beans Domantas uses are a special, home-made blend of excellent quality beans, currently sourced mostly from Venezuela.
Ingredients: specialty cocoa (min. 67%)*, cane sugar*, pure cacao butter*, wild strawberries, bilberries (European blueberries), guelder-rose berries, rowan berries.
*From wild or all-natural farming.
