Ocelot – Cinnamon Swirl Milk 42%

Original Beans produce a series of excellent single plantation chocolates, stimulating conservation of the local (rain)forest. This specific bar is based on silky 42% Esmeraldas milk chocolate from Ecuador and blended with crisp buttery cinnamon bun, freshly baked by Wild Hearth Bakery in Perthshire. The rich caramel notes of the rare Arriba cacao beans complement the comforting pastry flavours.

Wild Hearth are a wood-fired artisan bakery housed in a reconditioned World War II Nissen hut on the edge of the Scottish Highlands. Their state-of-the-art oven is fired exclusively with waste wood from timber milling, and their sourdough breads and pastries are slowly and carefully created by hand from organic flours and wild starters for the optimum depth of flavour, balance and lightness.

Ingredients: Raw cane sugar 33.38% (Argentina/Paraguay), cacao butter 24,82% (Dom. Rep.), whole milk powder 18.14% (Switzerland), cacao mass 13.53% (Ecuador), cinnamon bun 10% (Scotland, UK) (white wheat flour, butter, water, dark brown sugar, caster sugar, whole eggs, golden syrup, salt, cinnamon (0.27%)), fleur de sel 0.09%, cinnamon 0.04%. Milk solids: 20% minimum, cacao solids: 42% minimum.

Contains dairy and cinnamon. May contain traces of tree nuts (including peanuts), seeds (including sesame seeds & mustard seeds), soya and celery.
